Massage for children has been proven to help soothe babies, increase connection to caregivers, and support neurological development.

This class is suited for babies 3 weeks old to babies who are almost crawling or barely crawling. Class registration includes one parent and one child. We'll focus on massage for connection and a few added techniques to help alleviate common ailments such as reflux, constipation, and congestion.

It will consist of lectures, hands-on demonstrations (you’ll massage your baby in class!), and time for questions and answers.

Alex Migdol from FoodRX is a Functional Nutritionist who specializes in gut health and is pairing up with Luna Wellness Spa for a cozy evening to learn what your gut is trying to tell you.
