DO WE BILL INSURANCE?
We currently have providers in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield and Providence and can bill with in-network providers.
We are accepting new patients seeking to use their Chiropractor and Acupuncture benefits. We do check benefits, however it is ultimately up to the patient to know their benefits and understand what is covered. We can accept insurance on your behalf, but if something is not covered by your insurance benefits, it is the patients responsibility for the amount owed.
If you are looking for a massage to book using health insurance, we must bill under Medical Massage and these will need to be made by calling 503-289-1390. We currently do not have any massage therapists in network.
However we are able to provide you with a “superbill,” which is an itemized receipt with diagnosis and billing codes that can be submitted to your insurance company for reimbursement.
Please let us know when checking out that you need a superbill.
For specific benefit information, please contact your insurance plan directly to receive information about what services may or may not be covered. We are happy to help you understand your coverage, and work with you and your provider to get you the treatment you need.
Some plans require a primary physician referral for coverage.
Motor Vehicle Accidents
We DO bill insurance for car accident claims. (PIP/MVA CLAIMS) Please call the office before making your appointment and have the following information ready: Date & location of accident/incident, claim number, adjuster’s name, and number 503-289-1390
