Acupuncture is a key component of Chinese medicine and has been practiced for over 4000 years. This practice uses a diverse set of tools to stimulate sensory nerves in the skin and muscles to achieve specific goals or improve and overall health and well-being. Acupuncture can be an alternative to pharmaceuticals and a beautiful companion to other treatments you’re receiving. Clients notice a significant reduction in stress and improvement in both sleep and pain management - often after just one treatment! Philosophically, Qi (pronounced Chi) flows through the body through pathways called meridians. Meridians are accessed through several areas of the body and when stimulated, can help restore your natural energy and promote healing.

Consider acupuncture as part of your treatment plan if you experience:

    Body pain
    Headaches
    Digestive imbalances
    Stress
    Fatigue or insomnia
    During IVF treatments
In the conceiving stage (reproductive systems)

Acupuncture has low risks, but always consult your primary physician.
