Change is unavoidable
We’re constantly learning to embrace it and not be wary of the process.
We wanted to take some time to let the Luna community know about some upcoming changes we’re making. (More, but exciting!) There have been some slow changes here and there, but we wanted to be upfront about some of our bigger changes happening in the next few months and move forward transparently. Many of these changes are unavoidable to ensure that providers here at Luna are being taken care of and we’re staying in sync with the rest of the economy.
Open longer hours
We’ve extended our hours, hoping to make room for those who can’t break away during 9-5. Whether it’s because you are working, need to wait until your spouse is home from work, or it’s easier to get away later in the day- We’re open until 7 PM Monday-Friday.
Accepting Insurance
We're pleased to announce that we’ll be accepting insurance once again! We're currently in the process of becoming in-network providers with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Ash, and Providence, with more insurance companies to follow. We’ll keep you updated with further announcements as we finalize these partnerships.

But wait! Not everything will get an increase. Some services will decrease!
We’re also rolling out a membership for wellness massages and keeping some of our favorite packages.
New scheduling system
The most significant change that is coming is our scheduling system. With insurance comes a whole new ball game at recording and making appointments. We’re excited to begin using the JANE software, which we are confident will make booking, billing, and getting your receipts much smoother. We know we just went through a massive transition with new ownership at the start of January. And we won’t try to say you won’t notice a change- But we’re hoping that as many of you have asked for us to take insurance again the little bumpy road we may face will turn out to be worth it in the end.
You will have to register again using the new system.
You won’t have to do new intakes.
You will need to input a new card number to reserve appointments.
Scheduling will get SO much easier!
